More about me, Sharron

I am an experienced professional with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to people at all levels. I have extensive experience working with children, including EAL (English as an Additional Language) children with challenging behaviours and with children with physical and learning disabilities.

During my 18 years with one employer, I developed skills that have enabled me to attend meetings with parents, carers, and the local police when necessary. I enjoy learning new skills and I achieved my degree in Education Studies whilst working and looking after my then four-year-old twins who are now 18. I strive to bring out creativity in all children and young adults and believe that everyone is good at something, you just need to find what that is.
